staff 在此之上要以业务负责人的角度来思考。如果今天这个业务就交给你了，你带人去把它做好吧，你会怎么做？虽然软件系统设计是这个面试的核心，但外面又包了几层，你怎么把它一层一层剥开就是面试要考察的内容。这时候你先要提议「把它做好」的「好」该怎么定义，跟面试官就此达成共识了再说别的。

我觉得一定级别以上的系统设计面试，讨论必须要从业务开始，否则空谈架构没有什么意义。具体是什么级别，我认为是从 senior 到 staff 之间吧，也就是 FB 或 G 的 5 到 6 之间吧，但不同公司可能有不同的做法。不说明业务本质，讨论微服务和单体服务（其他 trade-off）的对比，对终技术选型帮助有限。
