Morning
- get up around 8:00am - spend some time going through emails - if any writing or thinking in mind to do, do it

Mid-morning
- around 9:30am
- working around 10am - 11:30am - work on something with my team

Lunch
- go out of the office and see friends - rest brain and think about something else

Afternoon - around 1:30 or 2:00pm - working around 2:00pm - 4:30pm
- sit down one-on-one with someone on my team, and we get on the same page - spend with a group working on something, or chatting with people - exit around 6pm

Early-evening - some exercise or gym

Evening - generally at home or dinner with families

- enjoy some time alone with a book or some Netflix

- do some meditation and go to bed around 11:00pm
